mouse/game stuttering

Ive been having this issue for months and only in valorant. My game has become unplayable... my mouse and game in general feels really laggy and responds really weird. When someone peeks me half the time my game freezes/stutters and when i peek someone it happens even more often, my crosshair when moving sometimes just does it in ticks instead of it being smooth and sometimes when i tap left click the game decides that im holding it and i unload a full clip instead of a single bullet.
Ive tried reinstalling and it doesnt change anything.
I dont have issues on other games really and my pc's hardware clears what should be needed for valorant. (also ive played valorant for years with no issues only the last maybe 6 months have been affected by evil valorant)
PLS if you think you know a fix let me know ill try anything atp.
