Gmail Not Receiving Emails – Nameserver Location Unknown

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help. We’ve been stuck on this for days and it’s super confusing.
Issue:
Incoming emails to Google Workspace completely stopped.
No bounce backs, no errors, emails just don’t arrive.
What we checked:
Domain verified in Google
Gmail active
Users active
All MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records exist
Cloudflare DNS is NOT authoritative
Nameservers point somewhere else (unknown)
Domain confusion:
Google Admin says registrar = Squarespace Domains
But when we log into Squarespace → domain is NOT there.
Client also mentioned:
They moved website platforms
Canceled old GoDaddy hosting
Website still works somehow
Cloudflare support says:
Domain is linked to another Cloudflare account (not ours)
We don’t have access and they only send generic articles.
What we need help with:
• How to find where nameservers are actually managed
• How to trace ownership deeper than WHOIS
• Anyone experienced with Google + Squarespace domains?
• How to detach a domain from an unknown Cloudflare account?
Goal:
Find the real nameserver host → point to our Cloudflare → restore Gmail.
Any help is appreciated
