R2 unreliable, slow (1/19) [ENAM]

I am seeing extremely unreliable GET requests for images in my R2 bucket. Some never seem to load or only load after a long time.
I checked https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ but I am not in one of these affected regions. Can someone look into this?
