Cannot install last mod on Server

mod-managerHeyya. Trying to move my save to a server. I managed to setup all the mods, but when i want to connect, it reports

That this mod is missing. In the Mod-Manager on the Server, the mod is actually installed

but when i try to remove it and then re-add it, i get a error that it could not do that, because some other process is accessing it (?). There is for sure no process running on the server that is trying to access that file.

As for hypertube direction protocol, windows has a very rare habit of randomly locking files like this, which is generally sorted by a reboot
