Power Profiles on an ROG Z13?

Sorry if this is a FAQ - I did a quick search and nothing came up. I have an ASUS ROG Flow Z13, and I have Bazzite DX installed, along with HHD and the ROG Control app. Between Gnome, ROGCC, and HHD, I have 3 different places to set a power profile. Which one should I be using? Does the profile I set in asusctl (and ROGCC) apply to HHD too? I notice that if I set a profile in Gnome, the profile dropdown in ROGCC goes "blank" (but does change!) meaning that something is attempting to sync settings up. Do I need to set all of them when I want to change my power profile (i.e., to quiet to save battery, or to Turbo to run games)?
