Slow responses from ORD

Hi, I'm echoing a few other posts here that have been facing very slow responses from ORD. Have checked origin server and everything works fine with CF DNS off. It happens on and off and isn't consistent unfortunately with much worse performance on endpoints sending higher amounts of data (all under 100kb), and other people here and elsewhere seem to have slow responses at the same time as I do which makes me suspicious it's CF related.
