Scaling causes cursor offset issues.

Brand new Bazzite user (Baz 42/NVIDIA/KDE 6.4.5), and I want to set my desktop scaling to 90%, but when I do my cursor interacts with windows as though they were still the original size, making it impossible to resize/interact with windows like my browser. Tried restarting the programs, didn't see a difference.
