The only way I can sign into my account is with Facebook. But I can’t get past the phone text verification because I don’t have my old phone number, is there anyway around this?

Please contact the Facebook Help Center to try recovering your account: https://web.facebook.com/help. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can submit an in-game account recovery request from the login page by selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
