Domain registration error

When I try to register the domain I bought on Porkbun, I get the following message:
“This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, please email abusereply@cloudflare.com with the name of the web property and a detailed explanation of your association with this web property.”
I opened a support ticket on the online interface weeks ago because of this, and I also tried writing to abusereply@cloudflare.com with the error message and proof that the domain is mine, but I haven’t received any response from anyone.
It’s incomprehensible to me that at a company this large it’s so difficult to reach support. I’d like to launch my project on this domain already, but first I want to connect Cloudflare. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
