Sunshine zoomed in to upper left via moonlight

Hello,
For the past few months I've been streaming games via a Legion Go 1 (moonlight client) running bazzite to a gaming PC (sunshine server) running bazzite. It has worked perfectly up until today when I executed "ujust upgrade" on both machines.
Now when I connect to the PC from the LeGo1, everything is zoomed in on the upper left corner of the screen regardless of resolution. I rolled back bazzite on the PC and everything is back to normal.
So is there a way to "pin/freeze" the Sunshine version and still update everything else? Is there a way to change bazzite such that I have the "stable" version of Sunshine installed rather than the dev build?
Alternatively, has anyone faced this problem recently and overcome it?
