Incorrect storage indicator for Android app 2.4.1

After updating server and mobile apps from 1.135.3 to 2.4.1 have problems with storage indicator on android.
Photos tab showed cloud indicator for all photos, but Library -> On this device showed 'not uploded' icon for all photos, a lot of them were uploaded on server before. Even if click upload, icon not changed.
What I tried to fix:
- Log out, then relogin
- Clear all cache and data
- Run generate thumbnails job
Device: Samsung S24
