I am writing to request assistance with duplicate invoices in my account that were created due to failed payment attempts.
Issue Description:
My account currently shows multiple unpaid invoices that appear to be duplicates from previous failed payment attempts. These duplicate invoices are preventing me from enabling new services, as I received the following message: "You currently have overdue unpaid invoices. You may not be able to enable any new services until all invoices are paid."
Details:
Multiple duplicate invoices exist in my billing page
These invoices were created from failed payment attempts
I need assistance to cancel/remove these duplicate invoices
I would like to keep only the valid invoice(s) that need to be paid
Request:
Could you please:
Review my account and identify the duplicate invoices
Cancel or remove the duplicate invoices that resulted from failed payments
Keep only the valid invoice(s) that require payment
Update my account status so I can enable new services
