Game mode UI sound crackling

Hello guys!
Since October last year I have noticed this issue. It does not happen all the time, but very often.
The UI sound seems to reproduce a sort of crackling as you can hear in the video.
I have not been able to spot something like this in game, but navigating in gaming mode menus can become annoying due to that.
Is there anything that can be done?
I am playing on a LG C3 4k 120hz, but I have also have tried to lower the resolution to 1440p and 60Hz and it is still a thing.
