Crossplay Mismatch

My game will work normal the first time its opened, but if I close it and come back online after a couple hours I get this on any friends that are partied, making it unable to join or request to join. I've tried reopening a million times, reinstalling riot/valorant, restarted computer, and I'm connected to ethernet. If I try going into a match solo after a bit my controls stop working like reloading, jumping and inspect.
