Problems with Valorant

I bought a new PC and I’m having issues with Valorant. After enabling TPM and Secure Boot in the BIOS, I get FPS drops from 240 to 0 and a “brrrr” sound. Even after closing Valorant, the stuttering continues until I restart the computer. I tried fixing it on my own and later with ChatGPT, but I feel like it only misled me — for example, it told me to disable TPM lol. That actually stopped the FPS drops to 0, but then Vanguard kicked me out saying I need to enable TPM. Has anyone had a similar issue or knows how to fix it and could help me? I don’t know if it matters, but the guy who built my PC installed Windows 11 Pro.
