Problems after updating Windows client to 2.2.0

After updating, the HA API could not connect. The client can continue to connect to MQTT. But no quick commands can work via MQTT.
So I tried to uninstall HASS Agent integration so I could redownload and reconfigure it.
I get this error message when attempting to uninstall HASS Agent from HA so I can reinstall and reconfigure:
Integration is configured: The HASS.Agent 2 Integration - Media Player & Notifications integration is configured or ignored. You need to delete the configuration for it before removing it from HACS. No configuration is present, so I pick ignore.
I did mange to remove the repository via HACS, but after I reinstall it , the HACS instance is not auto-detected by HA as it was before, and when trying to install manually I get this window:

Can I fix, or should I start restoring backups to get myself out of this mess?
