Issues Sending Data to a SignalK Server from an ESP32 using WebSocketsClient

I have been playing with this from some time. can not get this working the way I feel it should . I tried using sensESP but it loaded way to much. I would real like to see a C++ example that can send deltas to the the SignalK server to be used by Kip? Just something super simple but works. I know I am close but just don't see why?
