iGPU and GPU conflict

I am using an AMD 9700X and an AMD 9070 XT. I tried

DRI_PRIME=0 %command%

DRI_PRIME=0 %command%

in Steam. Finally, I turned off the iGPU from BIOS. My game loads and I can play it, but it even shows my card as the 9070 XT 16GB but the textures are super low, and even the FPS is very low. The game settings are maxed out. The issue starts on the game logos only few animation don't load at all. My GPU is fine; tried it on another system running Windows, and it works great there. Please help me; I'm new to Linux and have almost given up on this issue.
