Computer crashes on startup

After signing in computer crashes.
If I set it sit for a bit on the sign screen it doesn't crash on launch
journalctl shows the following before the crash
Jan 22 18:44:55 systemd-logind[xxxx]: Watching system buttons on /dev/input/event11 (2.4G Wireless Receiver)
Jan 22 18:44:55 systemd-logind[xxxx]: Watching system buttons on /dev/input/event13 (2.4G Wireless Receiver)
Jan 22 18:44:55 kernel: evm: overlay not supported
Now this could be a hardware issue as I had some power blinks as of late that could have cause issue with my power supply.
