Recs on waffle shirts

I’m looking for a crewneck waffle shirt made from all natural fibers. I have one that I thrifted that’s like 60% cotton 40% polyester and the wind pierces me. I found one on L.L. Beans website but certain reviews say the shrinkage is crazy. Any help would be appreciated!
