Heartbeat repeating multiple times
When Clawd uses a tool during a heartbeat the tool result repeats the Heartbeat prompt, making it think it has to read and follow HEARTBEAT.md again. Example:
HEARTBEAT.md says: Use wacli to check for new updates in the user group chats and summarize
Then the log goes like this:
"role":"user","content":[{"type":"text","text":"Read HEARTBEAT.md and follow instructions ...
Agent uses wacli
wacli command returns: System: [2026-01-23 12:41:37 CST] Exec completed (grand-fj, code 0) :: Connected. Idle for 30s, exiting. Messages stored: 0\n\nRead HEARTBEAT.md and follow instructions ...
Agent: The user is asking me to read HEARTBEAT.md again...
And the process repeats once again
