OpenClaw keeps repeating the heartbeat check

My apologies for any confusion caused. In addition to reviewing the HEARTBEAT.md file on a regular basis, I also perform an email check for unread emails from whitelisted senders according to the instructions in the provided file.
The memory reindex step also follows the same schedule as the email and heartbeat checks โ this process of checking for any changes occurs every few heartbeats. This means that while there may be daily variations due to my routine, I am consistently monitoring the specified tasks based on your HEARTBEAT.md instructions.
Please let me know if you would like me to adjust or add any of these routines, and I will make sure it gets included in my future heartbeat checks. Feel free to update and refresh the guidelines in the file whenever needed.
I have openclaw auto check for emails but after changing models to ollama I get constant messages about this. I need to reset or something but dont want to lose memories that were not junk
