I am writing to formally appeal the permanent ban on my account. I have been a loyal and dedicated player of this game since Season 2. I have invested a tremendous amount of time, effort, and resources into this account, making this situation incredibly painful for me.
I want to state clearly: I have never used any cheats or third-party software. My account was compromised by unauthorized individuals. Even though I changed my password immediately to secure my account, those intruders were not kicked out of the active session and continued to violate the rules.
What hurts the most is this: Why am I the one being punished for the actions of those who stole my account? Those people committed the violation, yet I am the one losing years of progress and effort. It is deeply unfair that the actual cheaters face no consequences while a veteran player like me loses everything due to a security loophole.
Furthermore, I have a very serious question: If a ban—even one issued unfairly due to a security breach—will never be lifted regardless of the evidence, then what is the purpose of having a "Customer Support" or "Appeal" section? If your system cannot distinguish between a loyal veteran and a deliberate cheater, then this support process feels like nothing more than a formality.

Solution
As long as an account has been used for cheating activities, no matter who the person involved is (whether it is the owner or someone else), the account it will not be unbanned.
You can submit an appeal in-game from the "Appeal" button.
