internet keeps disconnecting randomly

I have been using bazzite for about 5 months now and never had this issue. Recently, about a week ago, i started to randomly disconnect from the internet. I use ethernet. Sometimes when it reconnects only my web browser can use the internet while the terminal, steam, and discord cant connect (restarting my pc fixes this temporarly). Sometimes my ethernet will randomly start working again too.
I read online that disabling eee can sometimes help with disconnecting, i havent been able to figure that out yet. I am also uncertain its the problem since i havent had issues until now. Apparently there are 2 ways, one though the terminal and the other through grub? I havent been able to find anything in the bios about it. And im not experianced in the terminal much yet. I know editing the grub boot thing can break my boot too. I havent gotten enough solid info to try either yet. I havent yet figured out what driver/s my internet runs with. I beleive thats needed for either of those 2 ways to disable eee.
Ive tried updating my system using "ujust update" so far. That did not make any noticable difference.
I also tried turning on the wifi. It helps when the ethernet shuts off, but will still disconnect randomly(strong signal, many bars). It connects to the wifi when the ethernet breaks. Some programs will then sometimes still lose connectivity until i reboot the system. Sometimes after a little time or a lot, the wifi will also quit.
I also tried rebooting my router and modem. No difference here.
