item count discrepancy between phone and pc on immich

hi, i backed up my moms iphone to my immich. i didnt include any special media types (slomos, cinematics, lives, bursts). her immich app correctly shows 5,029 items uploaded, but my pc's immich dashboard shows a total count of 5,041. what's wrong and how can i fix this?
