In game stutters after Bazzite deck 43

I started noticing when I upgraded to Bazzite 43 some important stutters in Stellar Blade when the fame saves, and some minor ones when I open the start menu.
Immediatelyafter the update it was also crashing a lot, now less. The crashes where mainly happening in scenes where the cpu was clearly more involved because of objects breaking, fire ecc.
Since I upgraded my cpu mobo and ram about the same time I thought it was some hardware defect, but yesterday I installed nobara htpc and the game has smoot frametime even when saving or opening the start menu.
I love how bazzite deck is set up, the good replications of steamos full experience with updates ecc and the immutable base, but the performance problem are too much of a problem for me. I'll have to dtay on nobara for now.
My cpu is a r5 7500f, 32gb 6000 mhz ram and an rx 6600 gpu, attached to a 4k monitor (poor gpu ;).
