Issue: 401 auth errors with Claude Code OAuth token + onboarding hangs
Setup:
- macOS, Node 22.13.1
- Installed via brew install --cask clawdbot + npm install -g clawdbot@latest
- Version 2026.1.23-1
Problem 1 - OAuth token not working:
- Selected "Anthropic token (paste setup-token)" during onboarding
- Ran claude setup-token, completed browser auth, pasted token
- Token looks like: sk-ant-oat01-... (OAuth token)
- Clawdbot starts fine, Discord connects, but every message fails with 401
- Logs show: [session-memory] Generated slug: http-401-authentication-error-
- Tried both "type": "token" and "type": "oauth" in auth-profiles.json โ neither works
Goal: Use my Claude Max subscription (via Claude Code token) instead of paying for API credits separately
