setup-token 401 with Claude Max + OpenClaw

I previously had ClawdBot running perfectly via Discord. I stopped using for a while and then went through the whole OpenClaw migration. Now, all versions look right, the gateway starts, I can message the bot on discord, but it always replies with this error:
HTTP 401: authentication_error: Invalid bearer token
Help guide me through re-auth, re-binding, etc.
