Installing with Intel RST

I have an old laptop (a HP Omen X 2S) that I want to use as a media centre PC by running Bazzite on it.
The laptop comes with Intel RST by default, and the BIOS is locked down to the point where I cannot change it to AHCI mode.
As such, my NVMe drives do not show up in the installer, or using
