How to set up / restore grub in a dual boot system?

I use a dual boot system and I was away from home for an extended time, when i got back i assume my desktop had some damage due to a power outage (HW is fixed in the meanwhile).
Now my BIOS is only starting to boot windows (usual default was bazzite with a grub menu) and can't get it to boot the grub. How can i restore the former grub or set up a new one? I've seen a video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igcD_TBphEg ), which shows a solution through a bazzite-live-iso and has a bazzite bootloader restoring tool. But i haven't found that one on the bazzite page. Is there another quick fix available? Like with another linux based usb bootstick.
