Bazzite won't update (stuck at 0/50 fetching ostree chunk). Will a clean install fix it?

I've tried rebooting and running various random stuff I've found online like rpm-ostree cleanup -bm but Bazzite will not update from the Steam GUI or from the desktop. Will doing a clean install fix it or is it broken until a new version comes out?
