Error with new Nuxt 4 project and Nuxt UI

I've created a new Nuxt 4 project and added Nuxt UI to the project. On running the dev server the following error gets thrown. I also noticed that if I try to install tailwind without nuxt ui the same issue is happening. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if this is a bug?
