Valorant not installing

I really appreciate any help. i tried to install valorsnt a couple of times and tried tons of fixes but this issue always happens. each time i press install it always says "Prepare Downloading" and it stays this way for hours. and if i rejoin the game is still stuck at 24.1gbs.
