Wont let me pick a characyer and after agent select wont let me queu again

So im trying ti puck an agent it lets me on my screen but it wont for anyone else for some reason i can chat perfectley fine its just my agent sekect and queue after the glitch ive repaired my files through riot client im nit sure what to do
