I am sending this message with little hope to express my great dissatisfaction with Cloudflare. I use R2 Object (a paid product) on two domains that only work with R2, and for no reason they have blocked my domains. I opened a ticket (01942502) to which I received the following response: "I have escalated this request to our Trust and Security Team for review. It is currently being reviewed, and Trust and Security will get back to you as soon as possible to address this."
To this day, they have not responded again.
Furthermore, today I tried to upgrade my free domains to the Cloudflare Pro version, and when I try to pay, it won't let me. I receive this message: "Due to a billing-related issue, the zone cannot be updated at this time. Please visit the Billing section to ensure there is no outstanding balance."
I have no overdue or pending invoices.
I really don't understand how such a large company can have such poor support. No one is responding to me. I'm trying to upgrade to PRO to speak with an agent, but I can't even upgrade. I really don't know what to do anymore. If anyone could help me, I would be eternally grateful.
