Advice for styling with Burberry Heritage Kensington belted trench coat
👀Recommendations🧥Wardrobe overhaul
Im a 5’10 (25M) from NYC recently I just got the trench coat and I’m trying to have a more mature wardrobe. I’m a very skinny guy so all my clothes still fit me from back in freshman highschool days, so the need for me to buy new clothes was never a main thought to me until now. My job allows me to work from home so I definitely feel that it has made me out of touch more then I already am in a fashion sense. Back then I was very big on hoodies and joggers also was a very big sneaker guy but not anymore because I was happy with my collection. But now I feel it’s time to grow past that don’t get me wrong I still would go out with a hoodie and and joggers for a casual outing with friends to a bar, pool club, etc. But seeing walking through the streets that I still look the way I do from back then does make me perceive myself as a cartoon character/walking time capsule, it felt like a wake up call. I still have love for all my shoes and I’ve collected a few hoodies through the years just because I myself just simply liked it. Now the trench coat I love it I always as a child thought it was so cool to see it (thanks James Bond 
) and anyone with a teach coat I alway thought damn they know how to dress. I’ve only worn it to a one event and to when I would go dine at Peter Lugers pairing it with a polo shirt and black/blue jeans and sneakers (I do own one pair of dress shoes and two boots as well black and classic timbs). My sneakers are an array of Jordan’s (1,6,7,13) 3 Nike foamposites and Yeezy shoes (350 breds, 700waverunners, 750triple black) from high school. My hoodies are a bunch of hype brands but I couldn’t stop the hoodie addiction when buying the trench coat because I ended up getting the Burberry checkered hoodie as well too.
TLDR of all of this I would like to wear the trench coat more often even in casual wear and make it my staple but Idk the do’s and don’ts of what to pair with it and I would like to know how to style it for any occasion
