belts and mergers dissasociated after large glitch

otherI made a simple blueprint the way I normally do: lay down the blueprint thing, make the blueprint it, lay it down.
But it was SUPER laggy. Extremely.
That's when I noticed in the air: My entire base. The whole damn thing. (Like miners and hub and everything duplicated.)
I realized this was bad, so I exited out of it, actually force quit the game. I came back in, the blue print did the same thing.
So i deleted it, somehow it took EVERYTHING into the blueprint.
Which brings me to my current problem: In the freezing and troubleshooting I lost auto saves from right before this. I saw the 'printed' blueprint of my base up in the air: I deleted it, and it all went away. Good right? Not really... 90% of my many mergers and splitters no longer work.
Is there a 'reset connections' for mergers and splitters? Maybe a mod that exists? I'd really not like to spend time going back and restoring everything.
