Low FPS

Hi, uhm for some reasons my fps is at like 20/40 maxxxx in game, and idk how to solve it?? first time it happened was during the last update, my ping/fps was horrible right after, the next day there was a new update so i did that and then it worked well, but rn after yesterday (i played like 3h) my fps dropped to 13/20 and idk how to fix it?? I dont know much abt the whole technical stuff but i checked with friends and they checked my drivers, my settings, my nvidia thingy and everything and they dont see any issue??
