Slow connections
It's taking me several minutes just to connect to my postgres DB. This started being a problem about 2 hours ago. I am on the Free Tier, but have not used up my quota.
I've tried multiple projects and they all have very bad connect times. The commonality (besides being my account) is that they're all based in EU.
Is there an EU outage or is something wrong with my account?
