whats up with KDE versions? can i run something thats tested with kde 5.19 while being on 6.5.5?

i would like to install this https://github.com/linlinxza/Windows-7-Full-Theme-KDE-Plasma-only-/blob/master/README.md but it said its only tested with kde 5.19, will it work? its a theme btw
