Building ethernet driver

I have a pcie TP-Link ethernet card, speeds from a speed test give about ~100Mbps up/down, while wifi gets ~400Mbps down so I go to check drivers
Now i found drivers for my ethernet card and itt comes with a handy README unfortantley it only gives prerequisites for debian
