PACKET LOSS ON APAC SERVERS

Greetings! I've been experiencing massive packet loss recently on APAC servers (Manila & Singapore specifically). My ISP is PLDT (Philippines). It goes away or improves drastically at midnight, though. I've been using ethernet/LAN cable and tried restarting my router/model as well, but to no avail. May i ask what happened that led to this issue? I hope it can be resolved soon. I'd truly appreciate it. Thank you very much!
