New User to Linux - Trouble with Mullvad VPN Installation

Hey Guys,
New to Linux and trying my best to read and learn but I am struggling here and feel like I am in deep end.
Brazzite has been great and I feel like I almost everything I wanted was up in running in minute, besides VPN which I have used for years in windows and seems to support fedora https://mullvad.net/en/download/vpn/linux
I follow these instructions and even tried to do the manual install and keep hitting the rpm-ostree request.
I am trying to read the documentation, but don't see this app in flat pak and my wires feel crossed in trying to navigate Homebrew. Would anyone mind providing some guidance to a non-cs newbie. Thanks in advance!
