Backup triggered, immich-server continuously restarts

Linked the immich-server logs. No errors obvious from immich-postgres/immich-machine-learning/immich-redis
Reproduce:
Running backup via cli using prior backup gzp.

After manually restarting, I am taken to the Immich start page to Get Started or Restore from backup. In a prior case, I clicked Get Started and went through set up again. After loading in, I noticed no images were present + system admin shows 0 images / resources. Checked inside the pods and it is mounted correctly (check upload_mount_check.txt attached)
nothing I tried would bring the images back. i went through the process again and instead clicked on Restore from backup on the start screen instead of getting started and got the verification of the files and the selecting a backup. After selecting a backup I've been getting into the maintenance loop where it seems like the pod is starting, with container manager showing a Error 22, The requested url response code 404.
So two problems here that would lead to my resolution, identifying how i messed up my upload folder mounting (didn't touch it between version upgrades) or perhaps it's something in the postgres side. Or identify what went wrong with the backup.
I have been consistently using immich-db-backup-20260129T020000-v2.5.0-pg14.18.sql.gz for my restore since it's the latest/only backup on 2.5.0 (check backup_folder.txt). Any help on this will be most appreciated. I am starting to get lost on immich server management.
