My riot account was hacked, email changed and riot ID changed help

Hey My riot account was hacked and the email and riot ID were changed (I have all the details and alot of transactions ID and credit card info since i had spent 900+ euros on the account but I sent a ticket and didnt get a reply for days , when i checked for the ticket it says 404 ticket not found... someone please help me , i can provide any info including old riot ID that i had and the new one the hacker uses
