HDMI dp adapter issues

So recently my cable matters https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08XFSLWQF adapter has been acting weird on my 7900 GRE connected to my LG C2
after about 2 hours the cable just dies and the tv refuses to see a signal no amount of disconnects and reconnects fix it.... The really strange part is that after about 20 minutes the signal randomly comes back on its own
Anyone ever seen something like this?
I've always had signal problems with this adapter but they always went away after some disconect/reconnects ( I even wrote a script to similuate a disconect reconnect on AMD drivers) and stopped appearing for as long as I didn't turn of my TV or PC
But this is different the signal can be perfectly fine then suddenly nothing and then back to fine

Ok I got the ugreen adapter

working and all though it's a lower bandwidth it much much more stable at least from testing for a few hours I haven't had any black screens
So hopefully this solves that until some one reverse engineer HDMI 2.1 (it's partially already)
