Choosing cheaper database

I have few queries regarding hosting my data on supabase
like if I have estimation of around 1M+ MAU
and I have to store text data as well as media data - audio/video which will be clicked and viewed on my web application
Do you think supabase can help me with that
I am already using supabase for storing text data and AWS S3 free tier for storing media right now, but I fear it will cost me more money. I'm looking for a cheaper option which can help me with the above use case. Kindly suggest me better options.
I have also looked in to Cloudflare R2, and I think uploading media there might degrade the quality of media.
Since the media will be clicked several times by the users.
