Immich container hangs

hello, yesterday i updated my immich container and now it hangs at this message:
[Nest] 232 - 01/30/2026, 7:28:15 PM LOG [Api:DatabaseRepository] Running migrations
it's probably about the database migration which i haven't done but i received no notifications on the webui or mobile app about that so i only found out now.
Can someone help me get Immich running again? i've already tried going back a few versions but then it would just hang at the warning message about the database migration. I'm running Unraid 7.0.1
