Arduino Keyboard to add 10 extra keys like F13 to F24

Hi all, i've gotten a keyboard that is based on arduino with the use of drivers ch340 ( i believe) this keyboard emulates a new set of keys F13 to F24, i've plugged in, some of the keys go directly to show some menu from the OS, but when i try to add keys to bind as to some actions on OBS for example, it doesn't show anything and on the whole 10 keys only 2 work for the menus, one is a Mute sound key the other opens the quick settings.
My question is how to properly set it up?
