Hi, my friend and I were in a competitive match and suddenly we got match terminated because of a cheater, only to find out that THEY got banned. The account got permanently suspended when they weren't even cheating. We were screensharing to our friend server, no external applications open, just medal. We put in a support ticket but upon submitting it, it just prompts "account permanently suspended, automated review" blablabla.
